What I would change of my study programme

Hello everyone! Today I want to be very mean with my university's study programme for the journalism students. 

As you could have noticed, I'm at this university learning how to became a serious (no that serious) journalist.  

Sincerely, I love my career. The teachers that I have had til now (I'm in my forth semester) are so lovely and comprensive with the students that I couldn't say anything bad about them. But I have to say that the subjects we shared with cinema students need to be changed quickly. Personally I don't think that they work to any of both careers. It's pretty common that we argue with the teachers because any of us understand the assignment to the class. We often have to question over and over again to try to learn the things, but the fact that the subjects aren't formuled for an specific career brings a lot of difficulties for us as students. 

The other thing that I would change is the use of technology. We study journalism and cinema, so it wouldn't be crazy to say that we have to learn a lot of technical and technological stuff to carry a tv show for example. It's a necessity for boys and girls that will work for the media. With such a small amount of cameras and rooms to direct and create we have to make incredible things to do what is our job being as an FCEI's student.

    I agree a lot with you! I think that the asignatures must be separated by careers, because both are so different each other. I think also that must be more technological equipments in the faculty.

About the time I went to Antofagasta

 This time i want to write about my best and longest vacation til now: the time I went to Antofagasta and stay for almost a month. It was the last summer, with such a nice weather to stay near to the beach. I was invited by my boyfriend, he is from there. My father-in-law took us to a bunch of restaurants, we visited La Portada, La Mano del Desierto, and the majority of the beaches of the region. But, I also travelled the entire north of the country, we even crossed the border and stay a few days in Tacna, but sadly we had to return before we planned attending to the Peru's political crisis. They has been the best holidays so far because I finally took the risk to get out of my comfort zone. You see, I have this anxiety disorder that stop me from doing things like travel by car, by plane or even go to Fantasilandia. So it was a great deal for me, that's why I'm very happy to have taken courage and taken a risk to do it.

Mexico, the country I want to visit the most

I would like to visit Mexico. I really love to watch mexican telenovelas, with them I started to learn about it's culture and customs, like celebrating Dia de Muertos. Mexico is a huge part of who I am, even though I never went there or have any family member from there. I growed with so many mexican manners. I remember my childhood, me visiting my grandpa and grandma, and their were always listening to rancheras, watching Cantinflas or  laughing for some silly mistake by Don Ramon from El Chavo del 8. If I ever go to Mexico, I'd visit Chichen Itza, Acapulco beach and Tulum. However, I don´t think I could live or work there because the recently killing of journalists. It scares me a lot. Also, after all, I love Chile, even I frecuently get dissapointed by government politics' impulsed by the most powerful and rich people in the country. I believe that someday not too far away Chile is going to be a more equal and fair country, for everyone.

Clearly, I'd go to the past

Hello everyone! So this week I was asked what i would choose, go to the future or the past, and honestly I'd go for the second option. If time travel were real right now, I would go back to the time in my house were 9 pets waiting for my mom and I to arrive home. Unfortunately, at this moment I have just one dog and four cats. I miss my dead pets so much, the house doesn't feel like home anymore. I think I couldn't stay there because some physics problem and paradoxes, but definitely I would do something, anything to save my pets. I would tell to myself of that time that I have to be more patient and careful with them.  I also would go to visit my grandpa, Tata Gremi. He died because of Covid-19, at the beginning of the pandemy. He was such a funny person. The things he used to say and do were so hilarious, even though he was not pretending to be a clown. I would tell him that I love him so much, that I never need something more than his presence in the room to stay happy. ...
